Looking for small lots of clean sterling scrap. I will give 90% of current silver price. Just want to buy what I need now and again.

I don't think it is incredibly low. Most people I know will pay no more the 85% silver price. I would only pay72%. I am happy for you wirelessdog that you can get so much for clean sterling scrap. I would like to get that much for my 98%-99% fined silver. Shoot, I may even sell my .999 silver crystals for that price.

I assumed, perhaps incorrectly, the OP was referring to 90% of purity not spot x .9. If the OP is offering spot x .9 for clean sterling that is an excellent price. If the OP is offering spot x .925 x .9 that is a horrible price.

I still don't understand. That would be 2.5% under spot for silver... Never saw buyers giving that.

Since when? Have they gotten any better on processing silver same day? I was using them at 92% but then I found Hi Tech at 96% and NTR wasn't guaranteeing me same-day processing on silver anymore.
