Looking for Local precious metal buyer in Jacksonville Fl

I am in the process of setting up a second hand dealers license and would like to know the best source to sell Gold & Silver too. preferably a local buyer paying more than 90% thanks

The refinery in Jacksonville only pay 90% plus a $25 refining fee, so I doubt anyone is going to give you even 90%. I would consider taking it to the refinery yourself and at least get the 90%.
