Most of the bigger players in the UK have offices in Birmingham or London as the two centres of the jewellery business, I believe the Bullion Room has an office in Manchester and they are large buyers, failing that it's a trip to Birmingham or postal dealings I think or thrash a deal out with a buyer locally that saves you the trip.
