Hi,
It is my first post on this forum.
I am new to refining of metals, but a professional chemist with much of experience with all sorts of chemicals.
I would like to try to recover gold from a 4kg lot of CPU-s which my friend who runs electronic recycling gave me for free as a sample, to see if something useful can be made out of these.
Problem is that these are rather less valuable CPU-s like celerons (black and green plastic), xeons, tualatins.
Are they worth reprocessing for gold and if so, what I should look for to get a decent yield?
Many thanks for any comments and ideas.
