Well it is not often I start threads but I have been unable to find answers to this from people that have done it personally, or answers from reliable texts. I have several reasonable approaches to doing this but do not wish to prejudice the replies of others as to how they would choose to do it.
I have also had a greater issue brought up on another forum, I had thought (from texts) that chlorine hydrate was stable at room temperatures. That “fact” has been brought into question and I lack the resources to check. If it is not stable at room temperatures then it will not meet my needs.
I welcome any suggestions or facts.
