In my country the HNO3 and any nitrates are prohibited. I'm seeking any method instead AR for pins, processors, etc. Whether it makes sense hcl/cl ?
If you can get rid of the base metals then yes HCl and bleach will work well, any thin or small particles such as from the sulphuric cell will be good for this process. Larger pieces not ideal.
