Any help identifying these would be much appreciated. I apologize for starting a new thread. I tried some searches, but not knowing part description makes it difficult.

These were used in a RF amplifier assembly. They connected two boards that were separated by a chuck of aluminum. Boards and aluminum chunk were inside a larger aluminum enclosure.

There are identifying markings on the hex head. Unfortunately the heavy tarnish is preventing me from making much of it.

I think it is an RF choke, a pin embedded in a ferrite tube and sealed by epoxy inside a threaded silver plated brass tube. More or less an insulated pin running straight through.
It is used to lead power and low frequency signals into radio and micro wave shielded boxes.

I don't know why you want to ID the pieces, I would whack them with a hammer until they break and collect the pins and brass.

They look like feedthrus from Tusonix. Basically a capacitor - the threaded portion is usually silver plate over brass, and the center conductor is silver over copper.

Same concept, different item:

You may find a "T" or an "E" - tusonix or Erie as the maker. Also made by Murata, but most likely by Tusonix.

Cheers,
Brian
