Ok I know I haven't asked for help on here in a long time, but I have a couple of containers that I've had laying around for over a year now and I guess I need to get the dissolved gold out.Normally I would just dilute and try to drop with smb or steel, but it was suggested that I try to cement it out with copper. So heres the deal,I tried it a couple of years ago and if I remember correctly, after leaving a sheet of copper in the dark brown solution overnight, there was a layer of black dust on the sheet.Well I don't have a sheet this time,I have about 5 very small soft copper tubes. They are long enough to bend them around and make them circle the bottom of the buckets and still stick out of the top.No offense to anyone but please don't respond unless you have succesfully preformed the procedure before. And if you have then can you please give me a detailed description of each step?
Thanks,
Johnny

Hi Johnny
I don't have the answer for you but i have a question.
You say you would dilute.
How would you do that
Is it with water
Or with AP
Maybe this is just logic but I am new to this

Actually golddie this post is about 3 months old.I have processed for years, and those containers had very old solution in them. All of my recover uses a "keep gold solid"method.I don't normally allow the gold to be digested unless it is on accident. That was the case back then. But thank you.
