Ok I know I haven't asked for help on here in a long time, but I have a couple of containers that I've had laying around for over a year now and I guess I need to get the dissolved gold out.Normally I would just dilute and try to drop with smb or steel, but it was suggested that I try to cement it out with copper. So heres the deal,I tried it a couple of years ago and if I remember correctly, after leaving a sheet of copper in the dark brown solution overnight, there was a layer of black dust on the sheet.Well I don't have a sheet this time,I have about 5 very small soft copper tubes. They are long enough to bend them around and make them circle the bottom of the buckets and still stick out of the top.No offense to anyone but please don't respond unless you have succesfully preformed the procedure before. And if you have then can you please give me a detailed description of each step?
Thanks,
Johnny
