Hello everyone

First I wanna say I enjoy what I see in the forum a lot of good people trying to help each other.

So I figure it would be best if my first post was here.

I am 26 originally from central Americana but I now live in new mexico. I work in the oil field as a safety and rescue technitian, but before that I was a ARFF firefighter in the army. I did this for 3 short years and I enjoyed every minute of it. I volunteer as a fireman in my community and I believe strongly in God, Family and my Country.

I enjoy building things with my hands and this "hobby" you guys have is pretty interesting. I like how intricate it is and how there is also a market for profit in small amounts but its there. I am mostly doing this for the learning factor. I feel as men we always need to keep learning, the day we are done learning is when we are doing push ups for Saint Peter.

And I'm not there yet,

I just wanna say this is great I'm excited and eager to get to talk to some of the professionals here, and pick their brains for what they know.

God Bless America

Firedog09 welcome to the forum.
Most of what you hope to be told has been written many times here on the forum and if you use the search function top right of your screen you will find all of it. To get you started take the guided tour on the forum and download and read C.M. Hoke, it will get you up to speed on the language we talk and the processes we use. Pay strict attention and read the safety section several times and read the forum handbooks again free as a download, visit our own lazersteves site to watch videos of various processes and for some useful materials, the videos are for sale too and worth every cent.
This is a self help forum we don't hold your hand or walk you step by step through processes but if you show willing and read and research help will be on hand if you just can't understand or follow what your learning.
Good luck and get studying.

Good to see that you started posting in this area instead of wading into the deep end right off the bat.

Some new members make the mistake of jumping into a metal forum and asking for help, then get hammered by the experienced members for not doing proper research!

lazersteve's web site is: http://www.goldrecovery.us

Get the DVD called "Silver Refining A to Z", it shows in detail how to set up a silver cell - cost is $25.

Let me know if I can help you.
