New PM chemical stripper?

I have been looking at ways to recover PMs from e-waste and I came across a Taiwan company that clams to find a way to recover PMs with out cyanide or AR. They are called UWin Nanotech and the main chemical is UW-700 or UW-860. Anyone used this or know if the clams of being completely safe to humans are true? The UW-700 uses a Sulfide mixture and the UW-860 uses a Citrate mixture.

When i see taiwan company Uwin nanotech. I interested and i hacked all process in about four months. Nothing special and interesting. Some process seen in my youtube chanel. Uwin technology is for dumies and green technology. I very ineresed UW860 but this stuff eat ervithing. Like nitric acid and salt. Today i working to hack concentrated vinegar technology. Work on 98%.
