Niobium...??

Hi Guys
We just got quite a large quantity of this material delivered.
I've seen this material in the some of the scrap capacitors and believe it is some form of Niobium or Niobium powder coating.
Anyone know the value or if there any way to process or recover it..?

Very hard to process. Extermely stable at acid and base media.
