Or whatever it is.... Did anyone of you processed these? There are three types, one is heavy ceramic with what appears to be aluminium top, legs are gold plated under solder (it was slodered to board). Second and third are with green plastic bottom and again probably aluminium tops.

I haven't found much in the ones that are green plastic with aluminum top, some may have Pd, but if they did, it ended up in the sludge of my AP pail. Still have a few of the gold plated leg ones that I have yet to process. The unit they came out of (IBM 5150) did have a lot of Pd plated pins though.

i had four of the aluminum covered chips with green bottoms.all four have a white fused glass layer and two had gold traces and two had grey metal traces.
