Hello.
Does anybody know gold yield of this CPU's? I'm frou Ukraine and this type of scrap is very rare in our country.
Buying it for 1.5 usd/pcs is good deal?

I would have bought them, too, for that price. If it is a good deal depends on, what you consider a good deal. I would say, yes, nice.

I hope you soon have peace again over there!
 
The second pic shows some especially good chips to process- they look like they have gold braze around the lids, as Solar says I think you got a good deal there. The third picture has a good chip too but the ones on the second are likely to be the "money shot."

That's a very good deal! Those sell in the U.S. anywhere from $4.00 to $7.00 per pound. I have about a dozen if I recall, average 2 pounds 2 oz.

Some of the chips can be worth more to collectors.

looks like a good board size and good components for the price (USD). good score !!

here in canada i would pay $1.75 a pound for them strip all the better parts & sell for $1.50 a pound
(my buyer always knows they have been stripped)
