Ordering my chemicals

Friday I picked up three types of acid (Nitric,Hydrocchloric, and Sulphuric. There are some hardware types of items to order yet along with copperas. I understand copperas are Ferrous Sulfate. I'm looking in the catalog and it list Ferrous Sulfate, 7-Hydrate, granular. Under the name it says AR (ACS) and under a second listing it says USP, FCC.

Reading CM Hoke's book it calls Copperas as Ferrous Sulfate so I'm wondering if the 7-Hydrate makes this into something I do not want to use or is this what I need to order?

Under the name it says AR Analytical Reagen (ACS) American Chemical Society and under a second listing it says USP United States Pharmacopeia, FCC Food Chemicals Codex.

Reading CM Hoke's book it calls Copperas as Ferrous Sulfate so I'm wondering if the 7-HydrateA solid compound containing water molecules combined in a definite ratio as an integral part of the crystal makes this into something I do not want to use or is this what I need to order?
