Does anyone know of UK or European palladium refiners? I'm collecting mlccs with the intention of refining them but can't find a suitable refiner online.

Any he would ge appreciated.

BASF ?
Although they shut down the Cinderford site, they still have the catalysts operation going.
MLCC's may very well fall within the scope of the catalysts plant (IIRC it is in Rome)
Worth a try, granted you have the quantity.
 
If your sending them to be refined good luck... If you can recover the Pd I can send you a few names and ideas of how to know what you have.
