We have excess capacity of about ten tons per month and are interested
in finding folks here that have access to PM ore concentrates and want to have it
smelted. Send private message if interested in discussing how we can work together.

PS

a) Where is your plant?
b) Can you smelt circuit boards?
c) If so, in what form do you require they be delivered to your plant?
d) What will be the product of said smelting?
e) What are your fees?

I have tried to post photos but the forum system won't allow
me to do it. It appears the server is full and more space needs
to be allocated based on some comments I've read here lately.
If you PM with your email address I will send you photos.

Chumba,
We are located in USA At this time we do not process e-scrap.
How are you getting it done at the present? What is the PM content of the material
you have? I am curious about e scrap PM extraction. Do you know of an arc smelter
that is processing like material?

PS

Plasmasmelter......How can we contact you.... Have between 100-300 tons that we are seeking refining.

what is the charge per ton of material? if so, i have access to approximately 6 million tons that has an iron content of 35-40% that is coming from a steel mill but we cant extract the metals.

Why is it in the back of my mind i can envision Deano with an arc welder and two electrodes sticking out of a coffee can.

They are easy to build if you have a welder. It's the water-cooled copper hearth that is hard to find.

i have loked to find a copper hearth picture and the only thing i have found is this http://momo.ch.unito.it/PDF/Figueroa.pdf

i have a hard time understanding what i see. is the copper hearth suposed to be the bottom of your melting chamber? couldnt this be replaced by a simple graphite crucible wraped in kaowool?
