We are located in USA At this time we do not process e-scrap.
How are you getting it done at the present? What is the PM content of the material
you have? I am curious about e scrap PM extraction. Do you know of an arc smelter
that is processing like material?

I have never made one but it would not be hard to make one, crucible, a welder and some carbon rods, you can find information about it on Google.

Why is it in the back of my mind i can envision Deano with an arc welder and two electrodes sticking out of a coffee can. :twisted:

i have a hard time understanding what i see. is the copper hearth suposed to be the bottom of your melting chamber? couldnt this be replaced by a simple graphite crucible wraped in kaowool?
