You can give David H Fell refining a try - I have used them & have not had any problem using them - here is their web site

However - because of the difficulty of refining PGMs they pay a lower percentage (of spot price) then they pay for gold or silver --- but that is true with all refiners (at least all the refiners I have dealt with &/or talked to)
Their pay out rate is compatible with (about the same as) most other companies
The "slug" you have is considered PGM (Platinum Group Metal) scrap
Their pay out rate for that type scrap is as follows
Pt 90% --- Pd 85% --- Rh 80%
However (again because of the difficulty of refining PGMs) there will also be other processing/refining fees/charges that come off the top of the final payout --- this is also true with other refiners --- again because of the difficulty in refining PGMs --- that's just the way it is
The refining charges for the type slug you have are as follows
Processing Fee = $1.00 per troy once on the Pt & Pd & $5.00 per troy once on the Rh
Refining Charge (per troy once) = $17.00 on Pt - $12.00 on Pd & $100 on Rh
Minimum Lot Charge = $100.00 Pt - $100.00 Pd - $250.00 Rh
So IF (big if) I am doing the math right - you have (about) $15,284.00 worth PGMs - at spot price
The pay out on that - based on the percentage pay out (which would be the same if you refined it yourself & sent in each refined metal) would be (about) $12,736.00
Minus the refining charges of (about) $638.00) --- so a final pay out of (about) $12,098.00
In other words it is going to cost you (about) $650 to send it in as is --- compared to if you tried to refine it yourself & send in each refined metal --- & trust me - because of the difficulty in refining PGMs you can not &/or will not be able to refine it yourself for that $650 --- in other words - because you are not set up to refine PGMs - it will cost you more the $650 --- likely MUCH more
Also (& I may be wrong about this) but I believe because of the Rh - there maybe a 30 day wait from the time they receive the slug to when they pay out
Also - because you are from Egypt I do not know if - or not - there will be import/export fees & or taxes on what you send - you will have to ask them
You will need to contact them to verify what I posted above - but that should be ball park (about) what you can expect (& I believe that is "about" what you can expect from any refiner of PGMs) --- hope that helps
Again - that is because of the difficulty of refining PGMs - so the payout rates simply are not as high as the payout rates on gold & silver
