I have seen this one on Ebay for $30 and have been curious about it, but not $30 worth of curious. Here it is for free on googlebooks.

Lots of good info. I downloaded the .pdf to peruse at a better time.

The upper right hand corner has a "gear" in a box, click that and options drop down. Download PDF will be at the bottom of the list, if it is downloadable.
