I am sure he will want to publicly clarify this issue,however I believe he has no problem with it as long as it is stated that it is his dvd that is being sold.
But again,Steve will have the final say in this.

That's not true in this case. Since he bought the copyrighted material from the owner of the copyright, he can resale that copy if he wishes. What he can't do is make copies of it and sell them.

Actually it is not true in any case.If you purchase copyrighted material legally you can sell the original product to whomever you'd like.As silversaddle stated,you cannot make copies and sell them,also you cannot charge anyone a fee to watch it.
 
Well... this is not how i interpreted the the copyright agreement...
good to know and sorry if i mislead someone.
