Question: Test Tubes 10mm x 75mm

Question...
would a Borosilicate Glass Test Tube 10mm x 75mm be to small for testing ?
(that's about 1/3" x 3") and volume = 3 milliliters

I don't see why not. I have a bunch myself. With very dilute solutions, it might be difficult to see a reaction, and one has to be careful when heating, otherwise they tend to boil over quickly. The good part is you save on reagents.

thank you Irons, i just picked up some scrap with what looks like 1,000 in the box
didn't open it until i was sure i could use them
