refining silver from x-rays

I have 400 lbs of medical x-rays mand need to know how to recover the silver that is suppose to be on the negitives.I am kinda of a refinner I have been refining silver and some gold for 5 years but never have tried doing x-rays any info would be greatly helpful thanks, miles

Silver from X-Ray film

Just kidding.
I have used the "sodium hydroxide" process and i'm getting ready to try the "oxalic acid process" this weekend.

You will find both of these processes in the "silver" section. Their are several posts that go into detail on each of these processes.

Do some reading on these topics and come back with questions when they come up. try to use this same post so we can keep the forum neat without information scattered everywhere.
