I had some similar Sawtek filters from the days of analog cell phones - the inside cavity was flash gold plate, and along with the plating on the pads (lands) and side braze, they yielded about 2 grams of Au per kilo - I got 1.8g the first time, and 2 grams the second. The first batch had a boil over, so lower yield and lesson learned. Somewhere here I have a PDF with the ceramic package info.
I heated them in HCL to remove the lids, and then went straight to HCL-Clorox with the ceramic parts. Filtered, dropped and re-refined. The lids and side braze got a long soak in HCL, then the remnants melted, flattened and a long HCL-Clorox soak, dropped, and re-refined using all of Harold's recommended rinses.
My second batch was almost 6Kg of them from 14 reels bought on eBay. I de-reeled them straight into the coffee carafe, covered in HCl, and placed in a sand bath atop a hot plate. Then the rest went as the first batch. I got one 6.1g lima-bean sized button and a 1.9g BB.
I also have some (less than 500g) Abracon units, and they too should have a pretty good yield.
Macfixer may also have some experience with these.
