selling to Kitco,only gold and taxfreegold

Hi I'm refining with the ishor system and I want to know if somebody has sell to kitco, onlygold.com or taxfreegold(England). Does they pay spot price or close and my other question is if the gold need to be hallmarked.

Kitco buy 24k scrap (has to be refined) at 90% spot I think.

Please tell me your experience with ishor item..is it worth spending that money on ishor, is it easy to use?
