When you finish plating and remove the parts from the rhodium plating vessel, the parts are still wet with valuable rhodium plating solution. The parts are rinsed in a container of water. This rinse is called the dragout solution. I guess that Shor sells a gadget to plate the rhodium out of the dragout solution.
Electrolytic recovery units for gold dragout solutions have been around for a long time.
If I recall, the rhodium jeweler's solutions run 2 grams of Rh/liter.
