Sipi....inconsistent...

Hi guys.

I sell to sipi currently. Any where between 15,000/lbs to 50,000/lbs a month of mixed loads of boards and ic's. all items are segregated and categorized.

I'm looking for a new company in the states that can handle the volume that give 'fair' returns.

Lately sipi has been handing us our butts on returns for the same material...same source customers...lower recoveries...

Are there any recommendations on a consistent buyer with regards to their recoveries?

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you get your samples assayed?

Yes. In process of doing second samples from their assays...only problem it's taken 6 months...keep being told that they will have answer by end of week..we've flown down before to dispute..getting no where..any recommendations on a new processor is appreciated.

6 months for an assay? Who is doing the assay? Want to know so I don't ever use them.
