i obtain when depopulating cellphone boards small chips with iron lids(covers) - when you take off these lids one finds a small circuit with tiny gold spots and small black material----in the lids there is an identification(some lids have no identification)----here are some of the identifications:
1876 PA
ST6264
other: 1876 PA
6264

other: 1483SA
SSCO11
some lids have no identification------There are green squares when you take out the lids, with these circuits on it-----i did some experiments and found gold and palladium on these type of chips
does anyone knows what these chips are ?
thanks

Arthur,

A photo would be nice to help id the parts, but from your description, I'm guessing they are oscillator circuits.
