small metalic chips

i am desoldering some boards and finding small metalic covered chips(looks as if it is a chip but with a metalic lid instead of normal black i.c)--these chips have numbers and letters in them---
all are q411 with variations----example:q411 --41sh---------q411---44df------q411----44ef----etc---------
opening these chips one sees inside a tiny metalic circuitry (not golden but palladium colored)
could someone tell me if he knows what this material (chips) is? they are from cellphone boards

Estes chips de que você fala são cobertos com uma placa prateada -creio ser de aluminio- tirando esta se vê com uma lupa que é uma nicroplaca com vários componentes chips menores, resistores, capacitores etc se vê pela coloração que existe pequenos pontos amarelos que quero crer que seja ouro. Observando agora uma placa aqui vejo que uma parte destes componentes é um clock. Neste locais existem capacitores com Pd e sempre vemos pequenos pontos dourados ( contatos).Eu retiro esta capa prateada para melhor ação da solução ácida e redução de custos com reativos.
