I am receiving 36000 black square chips number:cy2318anzpvc-11t----and 40000 others number:w48c67-07ahtr.
they are unused and i would like to know if any member of the forum have any information of gold inside these chips

are a SSOP package type, produced by Cypress Semiconductor
this is how SSOP look like inside:

according to company information, chips that produced later then 03 are containing also Pd at unknown amount.

Both chips you uploaded are SSOP type, and the second one most likely have only gold.
Yield data is unknown and i guess you should find it your self... If i would to gamble, i would estimate it at 0.01% of total mass in gold for the cy2318anzpvc-11t.

thanks Sam for the reply-----barren ,unfortunatelly i have no fotos yet==if Sam is correct in the gamble ,it should give 1gram per kilo

If i recall correctly, you are using CN stripping, right?

Samuel, i use cn stripping only when the gold is totally exposed.in this case, i usually do incineration and then nitric leach plus ar leach----the nitric dissolves all ag(usually present in chips)+pd(if present) and then the ar leach for the gold-------------cn leach only for fingers , pins, and other exposed material
