Smartphone board scrap

Does anyone out there mess with these, many of them appear to be coated entirely in gold. I have a bunch here and was wondering if it would be worth it to recover on a small scale, around 2lbs.

Some of the smart phone even broken have a resale value over the scrap value. But the boards are going for around $12# to some buyers.

If you have smart phones, let me know, as they are usually worth much more than scrap or recovery value.
