Spots on gold (Anilkumark777)

I am from Bangalore
I am a small scale close setting diamond jewellery maker.
we do buffing finish to ornaments.
since 1 year we find white spot (dots) in gold.
we are unable to remove this white dots.
we don't know what's that meta, &how to remove that
you can find that in attached image.
please anyone know about this please share the method
to find the material & how to remove this from gold.

we have small quantity of gold 100 gram to 500 gram

Looking at your photograph I suspect yhat it's a bad alloy mix or a poor casting which no amount of buffing or polishing will remove.
Tell us about the carat and the alloy and I might be able to help.

Gold is yellow because it absorbs violet. If it absorbs
other colors, it is another metal present.
