Tin tetrafluoroborate preparation

Dear members,
Does anyone of you know a synthesis for tin fluoborate Sn(BF4)2 - 40% or 40%+ soln in water?
I have HF 40%, boric acid, tin II sulfate.
Please help me with some advice or literature, I need this for an electroplating bath- experiment.

I assume you will need a higher concentration of HF then 48% to make strong enough fluoboric acid (simple mixing).
