Tired of being taken advantage of, pay me whats promissed

Ladys and gentlemen of the forum, please help me. I recently sent all my best stuff to Cash for gold USA, I wish i wouldve found you all first. As you can imagine i was severly ripped off. I was estimating at least 5k and recieved a check for $120. I called but seems Im screwwed. I really needed the cash because Im going through a very ifficult divorce and was just robbed a load of auto parts in mexivo of about 15k. It seems like every time I try to step forward, I'm kicked ten steps back.
Fortunatly I didnt send them everything. I have three gaylords full of material. One has very high grade boards from the late 60's-90's which is why I need to be paid on percentage. The second is mid to low grade boards, and the third is box is full of mixed metals. This box has a bunch of relays, red brass, copper, aluminum, ect. All I want is for my stuff to be processed and for me to get paid what is promissed. Im located just outside El Paso Texas. Please if anyone can facilitate my requests let me know. Thank you.Re

Unless I'm wrong, you have to cash the check before they can dispose of the material. I could be wrong though.

I've never seen anyone who was happy with that place. :|
There are many buyers here on the forum that will buy the boards. Some even pay you upfront before you even ship the material. If you need the money fast, that is probably the way to go.

For the last4 years I've seen hundreds of the same story about these ??????????? people?. Not one of them good. How are they not in prison, good lawyers which they can afford on your money. They have similar sites for cell phones. cats and other items.

Wish there was something that could be done about them and others like them, but sadly that's what the world has come to.

1. Do your home work before selling.
2. Sell to some one here or on the smf. Flim flam artists don't last long at either place.
3.Read ALL offers carefully and understand every word.
4. More important understand every word that is not there.
5. document all conversations with an unknown through recording, email, tape or what ever. (in the case of tape or other less obvious methods, be sure to let the other party clearly understand they are being recorded.)

Save your picture, in a folder like my documents.

When you make a post, you will see boxes below that says upload attachment, in the file name (spot)hit the browse button and find your picture in you my document file, clicking on the picture will add it to the filename, you can also make a comment for the picture, and add it to the file, and then submit it in with your post.
