We have a product called condensed milk. It's not dry though it's just a thicker liquid.

Ok, that's something I've never seen here.

I'm still thinking that the term is wrongly used in this thread based on all scientific and engineering use of condensers as turning a gas into a liquid, compared to the use for condensed milk. Evaporate or concentrate should be a better term.

Here in the US, we have two somewhat similar products. Evaporated milk has water removed till it has a consistency similar to cream. Condensed milk is evaporated milk with extra sugar added.
