Hello everyone names Martin im 27 and from Nottingham. Im interested in escrap. I got into this when i found an old 23rd edition of the canning handbook on electroplating and came across the section on plating of gold on pcbs. I was allready a scraper so started saving boards. Iv bin lurking for around 18 month. I studyed for around a year before taking the plunge then in march i started buying chemicals and finally registerd with the forum. So far iv done very small test batches but iv still got just over 2grams of light brown clumpy powder. Iv done fingers in ap. pins in nitric and a hand full of ceramic cpu in ar all followed by hcl clorox. I cant thank Noxx enough for creating this site also many thanks to the mods and regulars to many to name but you know who u are. All i can offer at this point is to remind all newbies the importance off the search box. it has answerd all of my questions and it wont fail you. plus its quicker than waiting for a reply. Also the importance of Hoke. Between grf and Hoke you have been given the tools to teach yourself. Remember Hoke will guide you.

P.S Sorry Harold for my poor spelling and punctuation im working on it.
Edited for capitals. And full stops

What punctuation? Are you really working on it?
A few of these ..... will be a good start!
Even one at the end.

If you have been lurking and reading then you should know its for the sake of clarity and safety that we try to be accurate and concise in what we post. We have many younger members and plenty of members whose first language isn't English so try hard to make your posts accurate and readable and punctuation helps with this.
Welcome to the forum.
