Ran across this tonight and don't remember ever seeing one before. It's headed to the scrap pile with the rest of my processors unless I see that someone wants it.
 
I recognise that "F",it's a Fujitsu.That looks like it needs to be on cpuworld.
 
Looks like a oscillator ic to me or some kind of resonant circuit, not enough legs to be considered a processor.

Mmmm, looks like candy, does it smell like chocolate? I would like a hart shaped box for valentines day with an assortment of those. Thoughts of Forest Gump running through my mind :roll:
 
I think Steve nailed it, I don't think it is a processor, and Smack, I learned a long time ago not to smell things just because they look good.... :|
 
Looks like a SWF (surface wave filter) , of some cordless phone. Remove the lid and show us the interior ,might be gold plated too.

Very close - it's a SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) Duplexer for mobile (read:cellphone) use, Fujitsu series D5CC:

A duplexer allows transmit/receive on one antenna.
