I am getting quite a mass of these materials from electronics, and I'm curious if anyone makes use of it. It's a hard, heavy material, and I'm wondering if it can be used for anything.
I have a bunch that are the same size from some Hammond electronic organ boards after poking the copper wire coils out of them, and I'm thinking of using them as insulating spacers in the bottom of a small brick furnace I'm about to build. Do they hold up well to heat?
