I have an old metal box (6"x3"x1") w 12 compartments containing metal pieces from one half inch to about two inches, perforated for screws, and screws. They are stamped "Vitallium" On checking I find they were used in dental work and are made of 60% Cobalt, 20% Chromium, and 5% molybdenum. Have any of you worked this alloy before? I am still reading Hoak but these three metals have me stumped as to wether or not they are worthwhile.

It is highly unlikely they would prove to be of value to you. While each of the constituents have market value, you most likely won't be able to find a market.

I may be wrong. Please post if you find a buyer.
