what contains silver

longtime reader 2nd time poster
first I want to say thanks for the quick response to my first post.
I removed the solder mask and some of the gold, I guess I rubbed a little to hard. Something for me to remember.
This might be a lot to ask in one post .
I have been all through the site looking to find out just what parts in electronics contains silver, without a doubt.
I have done the searches, but I am guided to the processing aspect
of the refinning process and I am not quite there yet, stockpiling.
I don't grind the boards I sheer of the components with a heavy putty knfe and sort through the pile putting parts in certain containers of what I know is gold or silver and I want to reduce the contaminents

is there a list in here that I can go to, to find out ?
What I know contains silver
mylar, switch contacts, some types of solder
Is there silver in the
connector posts or are they aluminum? as I have found some that are quite heavy and not magnetic.
circuit cips and components?
are some boards layered with silver?
in the clips on the ends of wires that connect to the post?
are some of the gold plated parts plated over silver?
If there is no list I will start to make one.

Aluminum doesn't solder well at all if you find solid white metal parts that have been soldered they are more likely a zinc alloy. Most pins or connectors will be a brass or copper alloy for conductivity and plated with a corrosion resistant finish. This plating may contain precious metals though not always.

In my limited experience I haven't encountered pins of solid silver. Outside of switch contacts the only solid silver I have found was an antenna connection stud for a base station radio.

Some capacitor types have significant silver content. There are a few capacitor threads on the forum.
