Where is the Administrator? HELP!

Hi Fellow Gold Refiners!

I have misplaced my password. I am permanently signed in on this computer, but I can't get on in other computers in the house. The FAQ page says there is a password reset link on the login page, but there isn't. I emailed the Administrator twice at [email protected], but no answer. Can anyone help me?

NOXX will get to you. but I think I can help.

First upper right hand of page click on User control panel.
second on left hand side in over view box click on profile
Third click on Edit account setting
change password to what you want.

That only works if you have your current password. When your password is lost, you need to have it reset, that's why I'm waiting for the administrator to reply. The reset password link is missing from the login page. Thanks for replying, though!
