hello.
im studying electro plating in graduate...
my prof told me trying elecroplating 10 nm, so I found a 'Sel-rex Microfab Au100 1L' dusty bottle in my lab, and i Immediately tried gold plating! xD
(honestly, i never have been tried Electroplating in my life.)
i have success 50 nm deposit(used 1 mA 250~400 mV, 500 uA 450 mV), but i found some critical problem. voltage is changed. (if you need this record(V-time), just tell me i will share it!)
The voltage is changing(increased) every time I try. I guess, Microfab Au100 is evaporated when every each boiling, that has been loosing 50 ml every day. so i should be add something for maintaining solution concentration but Sel-rex is disappeared... TT
this is non-cyanide Au electro-plating solution. (because pH is closed to 8.)
what should i do for maintaining solution concentration?
