Why PM contents in CPU and other hardware isnt known?

I'm living in former SU country, Lithuania. We have a lot of russian electronic components here, and there is a lot of reference books about PM contents in thousands of radioelectronic components.
Each electronic component have a label with information about precious metals in the component. Here you see a transistor label, which indicates 26 mg of Au and 273 mg of Ag in each transistor of this type.

So, why computer hardware have no such labels? Is it some kind of secret information about the quantity of PM?
 
I suspect the data and numbers to reference the data is more on the specifications electronically, as this is usually more important to their use, than what metals they contain, data sheets and application notes are used to determine operating specifications, here in the US and I suspect same over there, they sometimes include metals used in these notes.
