I am filling a jar with black Plàtinum Nuggets and Crystals and would like to offer a nugget to a qualified person here to analyze. My problem is my inability to drag and drop with a smart phone to show photos of these little gems. I have enough to sell now.

Here is the way to attach pictures.
Just write your text and then press the icon showed in blue in this picture and select the picture you want to attach.
Or just copy the picture and paste it into the text by pressing ctrl+V
There are more ways but these are the easiest.

Thank you for the advice. I will try to do that when I feel a little better, been sick lately.
I have my best platinum nuggets up for sale and this one is to be traded for a small ranch or equal value. It is a platinum Brain similar to a beautiful nugget that was online recently. The difference is that mine is not almost all metal as that one is. The bottom shows pounded metal in a few locations. It weighs 7.5 pounds. I tried again to add photos but failed. Any interested parties can email me at [email protected] and I will send photos that way and it has a lot of platinum and gold in it but the gold is not visible in the ore even though the main ore averages 9.37 oz/ton gold.

Why don't you post your pictures here for us all to enjoy.

Edited to add clarity

I have two 2 ounce jars with an assortment of small black Plàtinum Nuggets, crystals, vein material and rich ore specimens tumbled that look similar to nuggets. The first jar contents weigh 115 grams. They also contain what I believe is tiny pieces of Osmium that is black, shiny and very hard. I will add a platinum gold placer concentrate that weighs about a pound. I can only guarantee that this material came from a world class platinum deposit that is worth Billions. You could pull the Best specimens and smelt the rest and get an ounce or two of platinum, palladium and gold. I am asking $500 or best offer.

Can we call it something else until you know for sure it's actually platinum and not something else?

Also, when you talk about smelting the rest and there's osmium in there, that's not exactly sage advice!

I already know. You are the one that lacks confidence. Many tests confirmed it. My own lead assay also confirmed it.

Have you found a willing and qualified member to do so yet?

If so, why do you need confirmation from a member and not share one of those many reliable test results? Proof gives credit. Your reply reply has the reversed effect. Alarm bells ringing and such. Scam alert!!! Hazy replies! Believes in fairy tales? > not true? Prove it!
Want to sell something? be straightforward. And 'you're just gonna have to trust me' is not helping you sell this jar of candy.

Already know what, exactly? The way you're quoting me makes me think you already know there's osmium and that I lack confidence to poison myself with osmium and that many tests confirmed I lack the confidence as well as your lead assay.

I'm sorry, but I don't have any confidence in you or your story. I think people have patiently born with you because, as they say, you can't prove a negative and the absence of evidence is not necessarily evidence of absence. But let's just focus on the absence of your evidence while considering it from my and others' perspectives:

You want to trade something that looks nothing like native platinum (to me it looks like a meatball that spent over long in a hot oven) that most any of us have ever seen;
You have not even a basic S.G. done (platinum is dense and the equipment simple and easy enough for an ancient Greek)
You have no assays done by reputable assay houses
You have no precise weights of what you want to trade
You give no location/district or supporting literature proving there's smoke where you claim there's fire

To continue your membership in the forum I ask that in the future, your posts regarding rocks, ore and such will be required to meet these basic guidelines:
  • contain only facts established by literature, multiple convergent/agreeing assays unless bolded text as your own opinion. We hope this will encourage you to provide facts to bolster others' confidence in you.
  • pictures of the results of any self assay, including the notes, techniques, temperatures, charge ratios, and all other data required for someone to replicate your findings
  • proper use of quotes so other people can understand whether or calling out someone giving Os safety advice versus simply reacting to another person who sees your lack of compelling evidence (or any actual evidence) as problematic to your claims
  • are not to sell/trade materials or offer them for sale/trade without first meeting the requirements above and providing a sample to your counter party of material representative of that which you intend to sell/trade
Believe me, I want you to have platinum and other PGMs and Au in your stuff. I really do. Nothing makes me happier than people really getting lucky.

Back in 2012 or '13 I was fire assaying for a guy I met-I-forget-how, maybe off here, maybe a referral from someone on here. Some how. He seemed like a maverick more than a quack but he thought he'd found gold and a lot of it. He had started a business there in Nevada and was statistically sampling the whole area and hired a geologist and made maps and grade at depth reports, etc. All I did were a couple crappy fire assays, checked for PGMs, processed some mined material and his concentrates, and talked to him a bunch late into the evenings. Well, as his luck would have it (he moved on to the big assay labs in Reno, per my suggestion as I don't do production assaying and he had a bunch of work I couldn't do that cheap)...he had something. Several years later I heard the guy was rich. So it happens.

Do you recognize black platinum crystals in the jar? Can you see my most recent metal that I even removed from the slag today. Can you see the palladium in the metal. It causes it to look dull. Do you have any experience at all with platinum group ore?.

You have shown no test to confirm your claims, so until you show proof, that is what it is: Claims
I have just posted photos of the platinum group metal removed . The largest came out yesterday. I offered 100 grams of the powdered metal for analysis by an administrator so why not actually get involved and assist with this? I also like your honoring of the legendary ash tree. Are you Norse?

You simply will miss out on this opportunity. All will get accomplished in time. My methods are based on the fact that I am poor and have become very disabled . You healthy guys no nothing about suffering and don't want to understand so I will continue in the ways that I am able.

I’m Norwegian living in Norway. So it would not be practical to send anything here.
And Lou owns several refineries that refine PGMs, so calling him out will be moot.
