I will never purchase anything from alibaba. I know too many people who received the wrong item or, it was broken. And once you place an order you will receive zero customer support for your wrong or broken item.

My HP Z3200PS wide format printer shipped with introductory small sized ink cartridges, each ink cartridge has an internal IC chip that keeps track of the date and health of the cartridge.

Vendors from Canada and the US were selling ink cartridges with expired dates or nearing expiration within a month or so, using an expired cartridge will not communicate with the printer or the software which monitor the ink levels.

Running a cartridge empty will damage a print head, replacement is costly.

I purchase fresh ink cartridges each having a full two years expiry date from China at substantial savings and with peace of mind.

Alibaba is not the vendor they only provide the vehicle to those wishing to reach out, in addition they offer escrow.

I buy a lot of stuff on alibaba. Never had a slight problem always excellent top service. I did extensive research thou every time I went on to purchase something. If you are concerned use escrow or use aliexpress.com they will hold your money and release them to seller only when you confirm you received goods and are happy with service.
