anyone that have deal with this mess

after completing my ball mill ,i have trown in what ive had on hand to tried it(maybe 2 or 3 pound of flact pack and ceramic leached cpu...) i have reduced the material to powder and screen it to avoid the big chunk .i has used a little soap to break surface tension and thing where ok. in the end of this process i have endup with maybe an inch of goo on top of my bucket(picture1) that i have removed and tryed to leach it with hcl-nitrate(picture2) but this thing is so much of a mess it is unbelievable.
resulte show negative to gold but i am unsure of it. does anyone have play with that thing and can confirm my result?
also is this the best way to leach that thing?

Vacuum filter the goo off.

Test the liquid for values.

Incinerate the goo and leach.

i just finish vaccum filter my solution, i havent incinerate the powder yet, but i have value in my solution
