I've got a batch of coated pins in a AP mix..was curious how long will dissolve of all those base metals(main part of pins) take? I've done the fingers and its just loosening them off boards this seems like alot more extra metals to break down first.

Many folks here use the HCL crock pot method for pins or they run
the pins in an electrolytic cell.
If you use the AP method then this old adage is key:
