Aqua regia,buying chemicals needed!?

Hi everyone i`m new here and i want to use AR to recovery gold from pins and processors. I want to buy this products:
-Hydrochloric acid(3-4 parts)
-nitric acid(1 part)
-neutralization i don`t know what product!!!here is the problem! What can i use for this method and what amount of this substance?
-precipitatation of gold: SMB
