My first answer is that it would be too dangerous, you would generate chlorine gas, my second answer is if you done electrolysis with mixed metals in solution you would end up with mixed metals at the cathode, so with that you would gain nothing.
If you wish to learn how to recover and refine your material you should start with Hoke's book, and studying the forum, there is a lot to learn and it requires a lot of study, but every question you would probably ever think of has already been answered, I have had to ask very few questions since I joined the forum, and I am still finding new answers every day here.
