AR going for 4 days non-stop

I started with 15 Pentium Pros that have already been through AR once but I decided to start over.

The second time, before AR, I boiled them in HCL until the solution had no color change. Added 200ml HCL and 200ml water. Continued adding nitric 6-10ml at a time. Added about 200ml more HCL and 200ml water. Keep adding nitric - about 10ml twice a day.

This has been going for 4 days. Should an AR solution go that long? Also, what is that stuff clinging to the beaker? Thanks!
