Blower air to Scrubber

Have a quick question, My blower draws air from outside of the building, does this make a difference? It pushs through the hood manifold into the scrubber.

The reason i ask is cold winter air verses summer air.

I am unsure of what the question your asking is wanting to know, cold air holds more oxygen than hot air, cold air will also help to cool the heat reactions in your scrubber, cooling the solution down some, cooler solutions can hold gas better than warm hot solutions, so all I see is benefits to the scrubber action.
