buying nitric acid and hydrochloric

Can't anyone tell me were is the best place to buy your nitric and hydrochloric acid to make your aqua regia? :?:

Dont know about Nitric- havent been able to find a place near me and I found some online but with expensive shipping...

HCl can be found at hardware stores for pretty cheap. I get mine at Ace hardware, sold as a cement cleaner.
